Product Description
Thermal insulation studs consist of two parts: studs and locking plates. The studs are made of low-carbon steel or stainless steel, and then galvanized or copper plated on the surface. The locking plates are formed by stamping galvanized or copper plated plates.
Thermal insulation nails are mainly used in industries such as ship pipeline insulation welding, air conditioning ventilation pipeline insulation welding, and offshore oil platform insulation welding
Product Features
Surface treatment is mostly copper plating or zinc plating. Copper plating technology improves conductivity and welding firmness, and its anti-corrosion performance is better than ordinary galvanized steel nails.
It is usually made by riveting galvanized carbon steel wire and galvanized sheet, with 6 evenly distributed holes designed to facilitate adhesive penetration and fixation.
The length can be extended up to 150 millimeters, and with the use of specialized glue and general cap accessories, it can compress insulation materials (such as rock wool) and prevent loosening.
Moderate softness, firm welding and corrosion resistance, in line with marine industry standards.
The length can be adjusted according to the thickness of the insulation material, for example, the extension length needs to exceed the thickness of the rock wool by 5 millimeters to ensure the fixing effect.
